Crystal Vinyl Advantage Program 2007

Did you know that with energy cost going through the roof, consumers are becoming more and more energy-conscious these days? As a reward for choosing Crystal vinyl products, you are invited to participate in our special “Crystal Vinyl Advantage” rebate program. This program lets you take full advantage of choosing Crystal’s complete line of energy-efficient vinyl window & door products.

The rebate program applies to vinyl products only and will cover orders invoiced and paid from 5/1/07 through 4/30/08. We will issue your rebate amount by 7/01/08.

Minimum level to qualify for a rebate is $20,000. The potential total rebate amount builds in steps with increasing percentage applying to the sales amounts that exceed the previous step. The percentage rates for rebate are as follows:

$     20,000 - $150,000    = 1%
$   150,001 - $250,000    = 1.25%
$   250,001 - $500,000    = 1.5%
$   500,001 - $1,000,000 = 1.75%
$1,000,001 - $1,500,000 = 2.5%
$1,500,000 +                 = 3%

CALCULATION EXAMPLE:

You have ordered $2,888,888 in vinyl products
between 5/1/07 through 4/30/08 and paid in full by 5/31/08.
Your rebate amount is calculated as follows:

$1,000,001 - $1,500,000	$ 500,000 x 2.5%	$12,500.00
$1,500,001 +	$1,388,888 x 3%	$41,666.64
	TOTAL REBATE AMOUNT	$69,416.64

For your convenience, you can either choose to have a credit or cash rebate. If you choose credit rebate, you will receive 100% of total amount. Choosing cash rebate will receive 70% of total amount.
