This Crystal EnergyStar® Community features Crystal® Series 200 ThermoBlok™ fully welded [replacement] vinyl windows, and Crystal® Series 1500 ThermoBlok™ fully welded vinyl slider doors. Crystal's products feature exclusive ThermoBlok™ extrusions, an innovative insulating air barrier technology that reduces thermal transference from exterior of window frame to interiors, and "intercept" warm edge glass spacer technology for added thermal protection. These features reduce heating and cooling loads on HVAC systems, providing long term energy efficiency and utility savings to property owners. Crystal® is ideal for multi-family construction projects, as our products feature easy-to-clean tilt out sashes, decorative window grids, and energy saving features that are popular with today's prospective home owners.

Optional EnergyStar® configurations include LowE glass, and consumer safe Argon gas filled IG glass assembly. Under the Energy Tax Incentives Act of 2005, home owners that purchase EnergyStar® certified windows and doors may be eligible to receive a tax credits.
