Project Summary
The multi-year window replacement project in the famous Lefrak City properties was one of the largest in the New York City area. It represents the largest single site project in Crystal’s history. Lefrak City boasts twenty 18-story multi-family buildings located on a 40-acre, urban area site. The 36,000 original single-glazed Lefrak building wood windows were replaced with Crystal dual-glazed insulated glass thermal-break aluminum Series 4000 double-hung and Series 2100 picture windows.
