Project Summary
Columbus Tower was built as a mixed-use urban development occupying an important site near the rejuvenated Jersey City waterfront. It is a spectacular new super premium residential tower located in Jersey City's vibrant downtown Grove Street district. A 35-story building featuring 400 premium rental residences, a multi-level 950-car parking garage, 25,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, and new on-site access to the Grove Street PATH Station. The architect chose the AW-rated Crystal Series 6200 aluminum windows to provide the residences with an abundance of natural light, as well as spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline, the Hudson River, the Statue of Liberty and the Harbor. |
