Located in the heart of New York City, this premier commercial rental property underwent a major renovation in 2001, replacing all its metal windows with Crystal Series 6000 Heavy-Commercial-Rated Aluminum windows. Due to large window dimensions, “Ultra-Lift” balance systems were implemented onto each double-hung window for effortless operations. The windows also feature a special paint option “Seafoam Green” to preserve the classic look of exterior building facade.
