CRYSTAL WINDOWS EXECUTIVE RECEIVES BUSINESS AWARD
Manufacturing VP Honored as Outstanding Asian American in Business

FLUSHING , NY , July 18, 2007 – Crystal Window & Door Systems is pleased to announce that its Vice President of Manufacturing, Mr. Jimmy Jin, was recently honored by the Asian American Business Development Center (AABDC) as one of the 2007 Fifty Outstanding Asian-Americans in Business. This prestigious award recognizes Asian-American entrepreneurs and executives who have made a difference in corporate America and their communities and promotes the contributions of Asian-Americans and Asian-American businesses to the economy.

This recognition marks a milestone for Crystal , as Mr. Jin is the fifth Crystal executive over the past 10 years to receive this annual award. Crystal founder and President Thomas Chen, and key top executives at three of Crystal 's subsidiary and affiliate operations have also been recognized in the past by AABDC for their accomplishments. “I am deeply honored to receive this award. To be part of the Crystal dynasty of successful executives is particularly rewarding,” said Mr. Jin. “We are very proud of Jimmy and his dedication to manufacturing excellence at Crystal ,” added Thomas Chen. “He is a critical part of our success.”

With Crystal since 1992, Jimmy has held various management positions involving Crystal 's sales, purchasing, shipping and production departments. He was the primary leader of the company's successful expansion and relocation of production equipment several years ago from a prior factory to the new College Point Corporate Park facility in Queens . His insights, intuition and technical abilities have helped Crystal to manage tremendous sales growth and maintain production reliability. Jimmy holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Hua Dong Technical University in Mainland China and worked for manufacturing firms there before coming to the United States to join Crystal . He lives in Flushing, Queens with his family.

The AABDC Awards Gala was held at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Manhattan on June 22, 2007. US Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao was the keynote speaker for the event. Honorees were selected from a diverse group of Asian-Americans, including those of Chinese, Korean, South Asian, Thai, Filipino and Japanese communities.
