He was listed among Glass Magazine¡¯s ¡°20 Under 40¡± young executives in the architectural glass field in the national publication¡¯s February 2008 issue. Steve Chen, son of company founder Thomas Chen, grew up in the window business. As he gained experience, he took over responsibility for sales and marketing as well as production operations for the company. Under his direction, Crystal¡¯s sales grew almost 30% to over $60 million from 2005 to 2007. Steve Chen also now oversees the strategic marketing efforts of Crystal¡¯s aluminum extrusion subsidiary.
